Fountainhead School creates engaging classrooms with Chromebooks and Google Apps

Chromebooks and Google Apps facilitate development of research, collaboration and presentation skills – exactly what we want to build in our students.

Fountainhead introduced a “bring your own device” program to introduce technology into classrooms, but students’ devices were slow to load, died quickly, and had issues opening files from other machines.

Fountainhead adopted Gmail so students could reach teachers beyond normal school hours, then moved to Google Apps for Education as a natural extension. After working with Google Apps three years, Fountainhead began using Chromebooks for their speed and ease of use.
